I believe what you said made a great deal of sense. However, what about this? suppose you typed a catchier title? I am not saying your information isn't solid., but suppose you added something to maybe grab a person's attention? I mean My FluxBB is a little vanilla. You could peek at Yahoo's front page and see how they create post titles to grab people to click. You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab people interested about everything've written. Just my opinion, it might make your blog a little bit more interesting.
