The original 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies recipe tastes so strongly of sugar (not less than in my view!), so I reduced the amount of sweetener and used coconut sugar instead of granulated sugar, and added some vanilla and easy gluten free baking soda.
I mean, what's not to like a few heat bowl of pasta, a cup of sizzling chai latte on a chilly afternoon, or a chunk of sweet cake simply developing from the oven.
